Ingredients: Cut Organic and Wild-Harvested Herbs: red raspberry leaves, squaw vine, alfalfa, lemon balm, and nettles.

Recommended Use: One medium rounded teaspoon of herb to one cup of water, 2 – 4 cups a day. Approximately 176 medium rounded teaspoons in the package. It will last approximately 2 ¾ months at 2 cups a day, 2 months at 3 cups a day, and 1½ months at 4 cups a day.*

This tea is a wonderful whole-food nutritive support and balancer for the female reproductive system and can be used from the start of puberty to past menopause. Imagine the women in your household regularly sitting down together for a good conversation over a cup of herbal Women’s Tea. This tea is often used during the second half of pregnancy to prepare women’s bodies for a faster and easier labor and delivery. It also helps with the healing process during the postpartum period.*

Method 1 — Boil water in stainless steel or glass pan. Remove pan from burner. Add herbs to water and stir. Place a lid over the pan and let steep for 15 minutes. Pour through strainer or paper towel into container. Sweeten with honey, agave, molasses or stevia.*

Method 2 — Boil water as described above. Pour boiling water into container. Place herbs in stainless steel tea ball and place in container. Cover container and steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea ball. Use a natural sweetener.*

Note: Do not drink Pregnancy Tea in your first trimester. Instead, drink Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. Begin drinking Pregnancy Tea in the second half of your pregnancy, starting the middle of the fourth month. Women who drink this tea regularly during the second half of their pregnancy usually have no need to take a 5 or 6 week formula to prepare for childbirth. If you have ever delivered a baby more than 3 weeks early or completed your entire labor and delivery in less than 2 ½ hours, drink Red Raspberry Leaf Tea instead of Pregnancy Tea. Discontinue or drink less of the tea, if it is causing painful Braxton Hicks contractions.*
