Red raspberry leaves are known for their nutrient content, including iron, calcium, and vitamin C. This herbal tea acts as a cleanser to mucous membranes throughout the body*, making it traditionally used for colds, bowel cleansing, and strengthening the female organs*. It is widely regarded as the go-to pregnancy herb, and pregnant women can safely consume the tea throughout their pregnancy*. During the second half of pregnancy, switching to our Women’s/Pregnancy Tea is recommended* as it contains red raspberry leaves along with other beneficial herbs for nutrition and labor support. Additionally, strained and room temperature raspberry leaf tea can be used as an eye wash for newborn babies*.

Ingredient: Our tea is made with organic red raspberry leaf.

Recommended Use*: Use one medium rounded teaspoon of the herb for each cup of water. Drink 3-4 cups of tea per day. This package contains approximately 176 medium rounded teaspoons, which will last approximately 2 months at 3 cups a day or 1 ½ months at 4 cups a day*.

Instructions:

Method 1 — Boil water in a stainless steel or glass pan. Remove the pan from the burner and add the herb to the water. Stir and cover the pan with a lid. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Pour the tea through a strainer or paper towel into a container. Sweeten with honey, agave, molasses, or stevia*.

Method 2 — Boil water as described above. Pour the boiling water into a container. Place the herb in a stainless steel tea ball and submerge it in the container. Cover the container and steep for 15 minutes. Remove the tea ball and sweeten with a natural sweetener*.
