Our herbal suppository bolus is made from a combination of slippery elm, chaparral, pau d’arco, myrrh, squaw vine, marshmallow, golden seal, and organic virgin unrefined coconut oil.

Recommended Use*: To use the bolus, keep it refrigerated and insert it into the vagina before bedtime. As the coconut oil melts, there may be some dripping, so it is advisable to use a pad for protection. To clean out any residue, you can gently douche twice a week with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of acidophilus, or use a cup of yogurt in 1 cup of red raspberry tea or water. For chronic issues, it is recommended to use the boluses for at least three months, 5 to 6 times a week.
