The following information is summarized from The Cure for all Diseases by Hulda Regehr Clark, Ph.D., N.D., Chula Vista, CA: New Century Press., 1995.
Ingredients needed for Gallstone Flush:
- Epson salts, 4 Tablespoons (SunstoneFormulas.com – 8 oz , $1.00)
- Olive oil, ½ cup (lighter oil is easier to get down)
- Pink grapefruit, 1 large or 2 small, enough to make 2/3 to ¾ cup of juice
- L-Ornithine, 4–8 to facilitate sleep
The flush will take two days. If you are on the parasite cleanse, the 11th or 12th day of the cycle when you are not taking ParaCleanse may be the best day to begin the flush. It’s good to arrange your schedule, so that you are home during the morning of the 2nd day of the flush.
FIRST DAY:Take only essential supplements while on the gallstone flush to maximize success. Eat a NON-FAT breakfast and lunch, such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, honey, baked potato, or other vegetables (no butter or milk).
2:00 P.M. Do not eat or drink after 2 pm. If you break this rule, you could feel ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 Tablespoons in 3 cups water and pour it into a jar. This makes four servings, ¾ cup each. You could add Vitamin C powder or lemon juice to improve the taste. Keep the jar in the refrigerator to get it very cold, so as to make it more palatable.
6:00 P.M. Drink one serving (¾ cup) of the cold Epson salts solution. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 Tablespoon in ¾ cup water now. After taking it, you might want to drink a few mouthfuls of water or rinse out your mouth. Get the olive oil and grapefruit out to warm up.
8:00 P.M. Repeat by drinking another ¾ cup of the cold Epson salts solution. You will not have eaten since two o’clock, but you won’t feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. Timing is critical for success.
9:45 P.M. Pour ½ cup (measured) olive oil into a pint jar. Squeeze the grapefruit into the measuring cup. Remove the pulp with a fork. You should have at least ½ cup of juice. More (up to ¾ cup) is better. You could also add a little lemon juice to it, if you desire. Now, pour the grapefruit juice into the pint jar containing the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with a lid and shake hard until watery (only grapefruit juice does this). Visit the bathroom one more time.
10:00 P.M. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 L-Ornithine capsules with the first sip to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drink the mixture as quickly as possible, while standing up. Then lie down immediately. The sooner you lie down, the more stones you will get out. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open, thanks to the Epsom salts. Now, sleep.
SECOND DAY:Expect diarrhea in the morning.
After 6:00 A.M. Take your third dose (¾ cup) of Epsom salts solution. If you have indigestion or nausea, wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed.
Two hours later: Take your last dose (¾ cup) of Epsom salts solution. You may go back to bed.
After 2 more hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later, eat fruit. One hour later, you may eat regular food, but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.
How well did you do?: On the second day, after each bowel movement, look for gallstones in the toilet. Gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. The color is usually pea green. They are soft and vary in size. Get a rough count of both green and tan stones. Hulda Clark maintains that to rid yourself of allergies, bursitis, or upper back pains permanently, you may need to do several flushes in order to eliminate enough stones (approximately 2000) to thoroughly cleanse the liver. The first cleanse may rid you of these symptoms for a few days. But as more stones in the liver migrate into the gall bladder, the same symptoms will reappear. Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that appear as “chaff” floating on top of the toilet bowl water. These crystals are also important to eliminate from the body.
