Ingredients: 2 ounces of tea + 6 ounces of sea salt. Tea: comfrey leaf/borage, lavender flower, rose flower, shepherd’s purse aerial parts, uva ursi leaf, red raspberry leaf, lobelia aerial parts, alfalfa aerial parts, horsetail grass, mint leaf/flower
Recommended Use: For use with salts in bathwater, or without salts as a recovery tea. Lavender Herbal Peri Bath/ Birthing and Recovery Tea is conveniently simmered in the bag so there is no need to strain the herbs. Do not remove the herbs from the bag. You can either pour the tea into the bathwater with bath salts or simply put the teabag itself into the bathwater for the laboring mother to soak in before or after the birth. The tea is also useful in peri bottles for after the birth to sooth damaged tissues. This combination can be prepared in a large pot and then used warm in the peri bottle during bathroom visits. It can also be used separately as an after birth recovery tea. Prepare in a large pot and store in the fridge*
